"This hotel was horrible. It was insects and spiders Think lizards and Mosquitoes in the room. I tried to kill some of it. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan was not working. The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. They don’t take credit cards or if you wanna pay with PayPal they will be 10% extra charge, The only thing good about this hotel was the staff, Media It really went out of the way to help...

"Book this resort ! Yes it is expensive but the experience is first class! The staff are amazing and so very attentive, bar staff were amazing and attentive, food was top notch and our beach front villa amazing! Housekeeping came twice a day and really did a phenomenal job! Cauayan is top notch from pick up in El Nido to the return to El Nido . Spa ladies were great and our 2 hour massages so amazing! Resort offers free kayaking and mask and snorkels to use during your stay!"

Rachel was very accommodating at the front desk answering our questions and was able to extend our stay and ordered us a shuttle. The two gentlemen at the Bull restaurant bar gave us good service. Their free breakfast were excellent and many to choose from. We would love to stay there again."

The room was modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Marv, Joemar, and Chris at the front desk were particularly helpful. We absolutely recommend Piece Lio!"
