"No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. "Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. "Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."
