"No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. One was a bit difficult to manage with doors opening into each other and sloping root line over the beds.
