"Our stay was very nice, the place is very clean. Our check-in process was very bad and communication with the staff/team was really poor. Overall, it was more expensive than it should have been, not worth the price for me personally."

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very picturesque setting. Local access to the bus and lake passenger boat. We were half board, however we found the evening set menu not always to our taste and there was no choice. Staff were very attentive."
