"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "Excellent property - only stayed a few nights as a base for a cycling trip. Lots of good cycling on the doorstep. Accommodation was what we we expecting. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but my family said they were very good. Views and location are amazing! "

"We had an excellent stay at L’Impérial Palace. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located in a spectacular setting on Lake Annecy. The rooms and public areas are in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The reception team, bar staff, breakfast team, and valet parking staff were all professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their service consistently exceeded our expectations and created a wonderful atmosphere. I would especially like to thank all the members of staff who were working from July 14 to July 18. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would be very happy to return."
