"Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. We look forward to...

Despite of the heat, we did not experience much discomfort. One thing I want to alert the next renters is that Google Maps does not provide the correct exact address to enter the car garage. "This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"Our biggest disappointment with Les Muses was when released we’d left medication at the hotel in their fridge. On telephoning there was a distinct lack of interest. With a response that none were there ( it didn’t seem long enough for anyone to really check the fridge ),I just got told they’d probably been thrown away! No apology! And I fail to understand we weren’t contacted when they realised we left them. My wife’s is prescribed but I myself pay for them and so am out of pocket by £300. Altogether not very satisfactory. We’d picked the hotel to use the restaurant opposite which is very good. Unfortunately we won’t be returning."
