"This is a darling place to stay. It is clean, quiet and near many areas people come to visit. There is a nearby park should you have kids, we brought our granddaughter. We will be planning another trip to Denver and are planning to stay at this location again. The hosts are amazing! They are friendly and very helpful with various areas of your stay. It is very much a value and wonderful place to stay."

"Thank god the staff was great. The property was a complete mess and under construction. The tv didn’t work, the water pressure was horrible. The construction crew was staying on our floor loudly banging on doors and hanging out in their rooms with the doors propped open drinking beer. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I do not recommend staying here! I’ve seen holiday inns much nicer in comparison. A heads up or notification that the property was under construction as well as a discounted rate would have been helpful. Awful!!!!!!!!"

"Charming little cottages that were really close to The red rocks amphitheatre. On event nights they offer shuttle services to and from the event for $30. The bed and pillows were really comfortable"

"Very clean hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfast. Especially enjoyed the freshly ground coffee. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Quick drive to Red Rocks amphitheater, will definitely stay here again if i come back for another concert. "
