"Check in was delayed. We arrived a little after 3 and room wasn't ready til 3:55. Spa was closed which was disappointing. Pool is indoor which makes sense. I just had nowhere to layout in the sun which I had hoped for. Elevator needs servicing but working.We appreciated getting breakfast but some hot items were cold. Staff was courteous but could've been better dressed- jeans aren't very professional in my opinion."
