"Very outdated even though they did an update a few yrs ago. Staff are lacking enthusiasm, friendliness, energy. No entertainment, nothing that draws you to want to be there. The parking staff were extremely rude. The parking ticket booth to get out wasnt working when we went to leave after check out, us and 5 others were trapped inside until someone who was staying there used their ket card to get us out. Theres no ootion to push help or anyone around to help. Very unorganized and cluttered parking area with broken gates, fencing equipment, ect around. Only stayed there cause it was cheap but will be paying more to stay somewhere else that is more lively and friendly from now on. "

"Terrible experience! When you book a specific room( nothing even extravagant -2 queen non smoking) and they can’t provide either to you that is absolutely ridiculous! Will never stay here again! Terrible customer service! Rooms are disgusting!"
