"Thoroughly enjoyed our break and will return, just what we needed, the lodge had everything you could ask for and the hot tub was checked daily.Great place for walks, our dog came back very tired 😴 We came back very relaxed.It’s a great place with only 3 lodges so not commercialised like other destinations this made it very peaceful and private if you prefer less hustle and bustle.Great hosts who would help if you needed them but otherwise invisible.Perfect in every way."

"Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Plenty of parking available. A very well equipped gym available free of charge. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thankyou 🌟"

"The house was lovely exactly as described. Clean & Tidy. Kitchen was full with every kind of utensil you could imagine. Very comfortable beds. We had 2 small dogs with us and garden was great for them, also lovely surrounding area for walk. "

"Lovely spacious holiday cottage that really does have everything you need for a relaxing few days away. Pretty south facing garden to relax in, which is also fenced to keep in smaller dogs. We liked the fact the cottage is rural yet only a short drive into Diss town centre for local shops and food outlets. Great communication from host. "

"Property was excellent. Layout and location was perfect for our family. Interior details wonderful. Cooker was a little delicate for the ladies and tap in kitchen sink seemed too intricate. Maybe not used to them. "

The welcome pack was over and above with everything we needed and more.Teresa and Mark were very welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable and restful stay, advising on places to eat and places to visit.There is a large M&S simply food minutes from the cottage in the BP garage."
