"Fantastic location wonderful staff great property"

"Stayed one night. Hotel was great from the front desk to the check out process. The bathroom fan did not work and the steam collected quickly. Joined twin beds are a weird and dated feature. Else all was great."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel Is conveniently located close to the tram stop and easy to access from the train station; it’s in a beautiful area of town near the churches, lake, and Old Town. The room itself was comfy with a nice bed and plentiful pillows, a deep tub for soaking after a long day, and AC to help me sleep at night. The breakfast was a beautiful spread and super friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel 100%. "

"I liked the hotel but what really stood out to me was the bar tender on the main floor Maximillian. He was excellent in customer service really made us feel welcome and he was excellent at his craft. He was the highlight of our stay there and the rest of the bar staff was good too. "

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "
