"Wonderful place to stay. A treehouse in the tropical forest So lovely Staff are welcoming and helpful Lovely dinner and a must try the degustation dinner Breakfast also nice too A must go and stay place to be surrounded by nature at its best. Well maintained and kept Forrest by the caretakers who are highly educated in horticulture Just beautiful"

"The couple that run this property are very quick at communicating. They are very helpful with anything you need. The best thing about this property is the location. It is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. It’s a 5 min walk to the marina and waterfront. It was perfect! The air conditioning didn’t work very well. Thankfully we had good weather and kept the patio door open. I would definitely stay here if you do not have a car. I’d stay here again as it was the perfect location in Port Douglas."

"Excellent room, lovely pool and location was great. Only strange thing with my room was it's connected to the neighbours with a locked door, which must be hollow because all noises passed straight through. Still a great place to stay and would recommend it."

"The Wilderness Lodge is the perfect accommodation in the Daintree — you’re immersed in the rainforest with all the comforts of a nice room. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and the staff (especially Sasha) were so nice and helpful! There’s no wifi in the cabins but that makes the nature immersion all the better!"

"This was a beautiful apartment/hotel stay in an incredibly convenient location. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and nice. The laundry was such an amazing addition and very much needed after our trip. I would definitely stay here again."
