"5 stars to Antonio and the security guard for being friendly and helpful. Zero stars to management for severely understaffing this property. With constant lines out the door st registration and no one manning either guest services station and no one answering the phone when you call house keeping, the front desk, or the bellman line, I wasnt able to talk to anyone about a horrible sour milk smell on one of our beds. We all had to cram on to one bed because one had a horrible odor. The next day I finally was able to speak to someone who I think was the manager and he just looked at me blankly. He did not care at all. He did not even send a house keeper. Otherwise it was a really nice stay. Hire more people. Stop cutting corners. When you pay almost a grand to somewhere both beds should be usable. "

"Looked like they were under renovation while we were there. Only complaint would be shampoo, conditioner, and body soap bottles were completely empty."

"Very nice inn with full kitchens. Somewhat noisy (if you are a light sleeper, but not too bad) from the nearby highway if your room windows faces it. But I requested a change and staff easily accommodated it. "

"Placard said my rm was cleaned by “Na jiira;” she did a poor job. Room had musty odor & I went out, bought Chlorox wipes, & set around the room to kill smell. In the bathroom, top of tile had been wiped repeatedly to each corner and the debris left there. Have stayed with you many times & never had a room in such bad condition. Housekeepers need to be instructed on proper cleaning methods."

"I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED; THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. THE CARPET WAS NEVER VACUMED. MY BEDDING WAS NEVER CHANGED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY HOTELS AND THIS WAS THE WORST. I FOUND CONTACTS LENSENCE IN THE COFFEE MAKER AND TRIED TO CLEAN IT OUT AND I COULDNT WORK A MIRACLE."
