"Wasn't told we needed to put room key in a reader to get lights to work. Not sure if this is something common in Europe but I've never been there before. Staff seemed mediocre."

"The food was amazing, both the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Grounds are beautiful. Staff was very kind. The castle itself is lovely with ornate decor. Slept so well on the bed too. The only issue that came up was getting a to-go breakfast for the early flight out."
