"Words cannot describe how much our family of 15 enjoyed our week at this beautiful villa on amazing Lake Garda. Maria Laura was such a wonderful host. The villa designed and built by her grandfather was amazing and so much better than the pictures portrayed. The view of Lake Garda was incredible especially the sunsets. We really enjoyed visiting several towns on Garda , daytripped to hike in the Dolomites, day trip to Venice , and Padua and even got tickets for outdoor opera in Verona. We...

No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation. "This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. This is an optional add-on. "

"A beautiful, comfortable apartment in old Verona, a great place to be based to explore on foot. The staff reception was only a few doors down where the staff are so friendly and helpful and happy to help with local advice and travel plans. Absolutely brilliant."

"Location location for Verona! Walk to just about everything and the hotel is down a little alley so there is little noise. Staff are extremely friendly and rooms clean. We didn’t take the breakfast option and there is lots to choose from close by. I’d stay here again in a second. "
