"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."

"Entrance way was smoky and dirty. Contractors was working upstairs all day and very loud. Debris came thru the ceiling and I had to ask them to stop to prevent more debris from coming thru. However, it was loud and annoying the entire day time when we’re trying to rest."
