"Our stay at Alpenrose was very pleasant. The shared bathroom was clean and we were provided everything we needed. We even got some croissants in the morning! The only negative was that the WiFi did not reach our room very well (we were in a corner)."

"The contact information for the property on Expedia is incorrect, meaning we were unable to contact the hotel to book parking. I contacted Expedia several times and eventually got a number for the hotel, but by then the parking was full. On arrival at resort the key collection details from Expedia were totally wrong and the location for collecting the keys didn’t exist. "Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again."
