"Excellent location. This property is on State St. Don’t get it confused with the Embassy Suites Magnifient Mile. I think that property is further east but this river north hotel is 5 blocks to the river walk which is amazing with little restaurants along the river. Beautiful water, buildings and boats 2 blocks over is Michigan Ave. All great shopping and the huge Starbucks. Two blocks the other way is Clark St and has all restaurants along the street lit up. Great area Walked to see the Bean under construction and walked to Navy Pier. Also, went on the Architecture Boat Ride at Michagan Ave. 1 1/2 boat ride which was amazing. Loved Chicago and Embassy Suites River North They also have a continental breakfast which was great and very clean. There is a restaurant across the street called Quartinos. Loved it "
