"Very nice place to stay! 100% recommendable to traveleres with family, especially with a dog! Mike and Carrie are quite experts providing useful tips about where to go and what to do in Snowdonia. Cold breakfast itself is very nice, but strongly recommend to have hot meals served by Mike. Nobody can help loving Penaeldroch!"

pleasantly suprised

"Stay here for 2 nights while we did the walk up snowdonia .The room was basic no frills but i wasn't expecting anything other than that. very clean and tidy. beds were comfortable, good shower and the use of a kettle and a kitchen unit on site which has everything you need. the staff were very helpful with local knowledge and tips on where to go etc. last but not least is the amazing views of the countryside. we must have said wow , look at that atleast 50 times. beautiful place . would love to come bsck and do it again. maybe not the climb up snowdonia because my bodys still feeling the aches and pains. well worth the visit. thanks Ned for you kindness and help"

"Our 2 night stay at the Tyn-y-Coed Hotel was very enjoyable. The room was spacious & extremely clean, as was our en-suite shower room. The king size bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows, so relaxing was easy. The Mountain View was awesome to wake up to. The food in the restaurant was delicious & fresh, and the staff were very helpful & efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our visit to Wales so enjoyable and stress free. "

Delightful interiors- beautifully furnished

"The quality and eye for design in this property is exceptional. We loved the lamps, pictures, soft furnishing and bedding- all of the highest quality and tastefully chosen It was a pleasure to sit back and relax and soak up the lovely surroundings. The views from the house were picturesque looking out from the front of the property. We had everything we needed for a most enjoyable break."
