"Nous avons passé un bon séjour bien qu'il manquait des équipements. A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de barbecue alors que c'était mentionné dans le descriptif. Nous avons été informés peu après que celui-ci avait été endommagé avant notre arrivée mais il n'a pas été remplacé pendant notre séjour. Les seules toilettes indépendantes étaient hors-service alors qu'elles sont les plus pratiques quand on est un groupe de 10 personnes.Ces informations ne nous ont pas été transmises en amont alors que nous avons été en contact peu de temps auparavant avec une personne qui s'occupe de la location du gîte.Nous avons dû faire aussi abstraction de l'état de propreté qui laissait à désirer (poussières, morceau de verre cassé trouvé sous le tapis du salon, verres à vin tâchés et vaisselle dans un état douteux, saletés dans les placards et les tiroirs, mobilier extérieur en mauvais état et inutilisable).Il manquait également des ustensiles utiles dans la cuisine (couteau à pain, couteau économe, essoreuse à salade, verre doseur). Les couteaux de cuisine ne coupaient pas. La cafetière électrique était très longue à faire le café et mériterait un bon détartrage ainsi que la bouilloire.Pour finir, pour comble de malchance, nous avons été réveillés à 7 heures un matin par le bruit avoisinant d'une tondeuse à gazon.Malgré tout cela, notre séjour a été plus ou moins agréable grâce au cadre campagnard et à la gentillesse des hôtes que nous avons eu au téléphone."

"This property does not honour the booking that you have with Expedia. We were forced to share a bed in a room which had an unmade sofa bed (which we were told would cost extra) when we had booked a quadruple room, which should have had two large beds in it. The owner was rude when I expressed dissatisfaction at this arrangement, refused to let us eat there the following night, refused to help us with our luggage and was generally abusive. He was in a better mood the next day but by then he had ruined our stay. Expedia was incapable after the event of getting us any compensation for this treatment and for the fact that we had not been given the room that we had booked and paid for. The property itself is okay, except it's impossible in hot weather as it has no air conditioning. But beware, if you get the owner in a bad mood or dare to challenge him on any issue, he can ruin your stay."
