"The property is nice, the pool is new and beautiful and the staff was friendly as well as supportive. The accommodation itself is in a bad shape, our apartment was dirty and it provided a bad vibe due to the disregard of aesthetic and cleanness. "
"It was so fun to stay at a winery. It was beautiful. We enjoyed wine tasting and bought a few bottles. The breakfast was lovely. The room was perfect for a family of four. They had AC which was very nice. The upstairs in the room wasn't as cool as the downstairs."
"The hotel is incredibly nice and located in fantastic country side. If you like nature, good eating and special products from the farm, you should take some days here. "
"A real gem. Despite the restaurant being closed, as it was Sunday, the owners provided a truly memorable meal that hit the spot after a long day on a motorcycle. Why can't all hotels provide this level of service"
"Établissement de charme dans un havre de paix. Un domaine magnifique, calme et reposant. Un personnel discret, on se croirait seul au monde et cela dait un bien fou !"
"This is what I expected a quaint French country inn to be. Lots of character, comfortable bed and overall a wonderful experience staying here. Breakfast was great! "

"We had a nice 4 night stay at the Bellegarde Hôtel by Viktor. Easy check in process. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau (the main strip of the town). AC was adequate. Room was clean and very quiet for quality sleep. Must be okay with stairs as there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of. "

"The hosting family (parents and kids) were lovely, very communicative, and offered us coffee/etc. to chat which was very kind. However, future guests should be aware that this rental is not fully for guests- you will actually be in two bedrooms in the basement of this family's house while they are also living there, and the gorgeous pool and patio in the pictures is in front of their living room. The listing even says "rooms open to patios", and this could not be further from the case. We were hoping for a sunny, quiet, private weekend just outside of town, and nothing in the listing indicates that this is a shared house (which could be completely fine for some folks, just isn't what we were looking for!). Also, there was food in the bathroom trash can that was not taken out and there were two cockroaches around it, which I'm sure was just an oversight, but didn't make us feel any better about being in a dark basement unexpectedly.
The neighborhood was quiet, only 10-minutes drive from Aix, beds were comfy and shower hot, and again the owners were so so kind if you're looking to hang out with a local family that would be great, but this listing should be updated to include the fact that it is a basement of a shared space."
