"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. "Me and my wife shared an absolutely superb 3 nights at Le Grand Montets Hotel. The location itself is in a very peaceful Argentière. Wry warm welcome from the staff on arrival. The hotel is beautiful, typically Savoie with lots of cool decorations throughout. The spa is great for winding down at the end of a busy day. The rooms are also beautiful with great views all around to wake up to. The only really minor thing is that the hotel does not have an onsite restaurant but the staff are more than happy to recommend (and book) restaurants in the local area. They recommended Le Dahu for me and they didn’t let me down because it was stunning. Definitely recommended for a relaxing retreat within easy distance to the bright lights of Chamonix. We will DEFINITELY be back… soon I hope."
