"I have no idea how the property is. I made a reservation, but had to cancel due to a last minute issue that came up. I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund my booking!! This was during high season and they could've easily found someone else to take my time. Instead, they decided not to bother and just keep my payment. This is terrible customer service. Be careful if you book... better be 100% sure you'll take the booking"

"This is a beautiful, secluded property that offers great gathering space, and also great privacy. We had a group of 15 people and we had plenty of space. The bedrooms are separated from the living area and each one has its own en suite bathroom. We had a great time and the host was extremely helpful."

"It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world. "

"We were given incorrect coordinates by either VBRO or Vacasa. We didn’t arrive until it was dark.Fortunately a worker living on the property helped us and learned that we were booked at another property managed by Vacasa. We were planning to sleep in our car.Once we found the correct location, it was lovely."
