"We had a very nice stay, the problems were the settees were too low and made it difficult to rise. The kettle needs replacement as it trips all the time and also the can opener. The cutlery was not very good, too weak but we managed ok and had a very nice stay. The pool area was superb but let down by the sun beds being old and some were broken. The pool needed some handrails to assist getting in and out but we managed by putting a chair near the step to assist. The air conn was brilliant but...

"Emplacement super, villa très bien ! Bonne literie!

"We had two wonderful weeks in this great house. It has everything you need and the hosts are very friendly and showed us everything. The pictures are exactly as advertised.Nezignan is a very quiet and beautiful village, and the fantastic beaches are only a few minutes away by car. We highly recommend this house."

Vacan"

"ras tres bien"

"Five stars for the host"

"We stayed at this apartment over the summer as a family. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive—and the neighbor was especially helpful (as the owners were away). The sea view is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable. We did face a number of issues during our stay, though they were resolved promptly. It would have greatly improved our experience to have a clear set of instructions available for things like Wi-Fi, appliances (i.e. Mobile AirCo), and general logistics.While...

"Great property. Equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay."

"The property was great! Beautiful inside and out. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for three couples and more. Everyone had their own space and washroom. The common areas and outdoor space was lovely. The pool, hot tub and surrounding outdoor space was like having your own private resort. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a perfect stay."

"Beautiful property and grounds in a central location a short walk from central Pezenas and the supermarket. Great choice of dining inside and outside. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed playing table tennis. My mum is mobility impaired and we found the property very accessible. Any small issues we had were addressed promptly by Veronique. Pezenas is beautiful and has lots of lovely little clothes shops. I would definitely stay again."

"A wonderful stay in a modern villa that has a beautiful pool and is just a short walk to a wide and unspoilt sandy beach. Olivier was very helpful and the villa has everything you need from coffee machines to AC. Tucked away down a quiet lane is is well located for both Grau d’Agde and Cap d’Agde."

"This is a beautiful property. Very homely with an amazing outside space and pool - plenty of places to sit whether you want sun, shade or somewhere to eat and drink. The house is well equipped and there’s a supermarket and Boulangerie within walking distance. Based here you’re in easy reach of many great sites and towns. (Pézenas is 8 minutes away)The hosts were great to deal with and I would happily recommend this as a great place to enjoy yourselves. "

"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. Host was very relaxed and...

"Best beach stay we have had in the world. Best house in Cap D’Agde. All seven of us had a great time."
