"Room was a nice size. The pools were nice. Excellent fitness area fir a hotel. Had a balcony that was actually useable. Only detraction was that we arrived before check in time and couldn't check in before the check in time."

You will have to take a Grab to get to most of the popular spots in Bangkok but no complaints about our stay here. "

Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi."
