The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . From the moment I walked in I was accommodated with luggage assistance, assisted at the check in desk promptly, and even granted complimentary early check in. The entire hotel was so luxurious and the king suite was dreamy. A massive shower with gorgeous marbling, dual sinks, and a stand-alone soaking tub that made you never want to leave the room. It definitely felt like a 5 star hotel and I would stay here every time I visit Bangkok. The food was incredible and they had a complimentary shuttle service to one of the luxury malls close by. "

I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."
