"It’s was a hot weekend in DC but and the pool was closed and looked really sad. The room was clean but it’s very dated. The Hotel is in a good location with many restaurants in walking distance."

"We had a great two days stay at the Hamilton hotel that we thought was extremely lovely and presentable and clean. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and we had breakfast on the terrace. It was a beautiful day and the service was great and the food was delicious. It’s a very centrally located hotel in a nice neighborhood so we were delighted! Thank you!"

"The check-in processes required to fill up a form online in front of the front desk, which is really redundant as I am there with my ID in the front desk so why do I need to do it online? The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, the TV wasn’t working properly and it was blurry and felt like the antenna wasn’t connected properly to the TV. There is a weird process that you need to collect the garbage and the linen and put it into a chute in the hallway before checkout. "

"Room ok but noise from adjacent room very audible. TV stationed on cabinet too far to watch comfortably from bed and in need of updating; sheets and pillow cases unironed and ill- fitting, pillows uncomfortable…bathroom a good size although a vanity mirror would be appreciated. Everything was clean and neat though, and room service was very good; front desk staff friendly and location excellent "

"We had small ants coming out of the bathroom mirror. They were all over the vanity when we got back to the room after touring DC. We called the front desk they sent maintenance up who stated it’s only ants. Like it wasn’t a big deal. They front staff was very accommodating they changed our room. The hotel was overall nice but you can tell it isn’t maintenanced properly"
