"When we stayed here in Feb 2026, our room was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. When we stayed this time (May 2026) our room had broken shower amenities, we found dirty clothing, and the general feeling of our room was poorly maintained. The property overall looked clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'm hoping this time our poor room was a blip on the overall experience I have with this hotel chain."

"Rooms are ok and if you're forced to stay in Greenwood it is convenient. Generally there is a bit of a musty aroma, in the rooms, lobby, and restaurants. Hotel staff are pretty much useless as they cannot make any decisions without "management." Of course, management apparently does not work weekends or holidays. So, bottom line, need to stay a night in Greenwood? It works. But want to enjoy a stay and feel remotely pampered? Nope."
