"Before obtaining a reservation I drove around the property to check out safety. There was some activity at the back of the motel that looked suspicious in nature and it did not look safe for a woman alone to be around there. I requested a room up front near the office and I was accommodated. The front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly but got the job done. The room was large, very clean, doors had great safety latches, bed linen clean and mattress was ok. Overall, a one brief night(checked in around 11p and left around 5:30A) it was a good value for the money. I felt safe. It is close to eating places and drug store. So I would stay again if I needed a room in Greenwood."

"The staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was very clean and spacious for myself, daughter and grandson. The lobby has a fish tank downstairs and he loved looking at the fish. They also offer breakfast; we took advantage of the fresh fruit. Overall, very happy with our stay."

"Awesome house! One has everything they need to have a quiet, peaceful and relaxing time away. The house is well equipped from the kitchen to the BEST EVER shower to the outdoor area with the kayak and paddle board. The screened in porch with the comfortable furniture and dining table and the outdoor fans is an extension of the well appointed open space of the house. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for always responding to our inquiries and for sharing your beautiful lake front home with us."

"Easy to get Pontoon into covered dock. Can fish off the dock. About 2 docks away from Harris Landing Restaurant. If like live music probably won't bother you that the band plays late at restaurant. You can fish and listen to it. Also, not far from the party island sand bar. We really stayed on water whole time. So long as we had clean bed to turn into we were fine. Also, has great air conditioner but may want to message the host ask to turn down ac before you get there. We really hot natured and like ours artic. Backed up pontoon and we was in middle of Lake greenwood. Nice lake views. Host was very avaliable and friendly. The house was clean and smelled good. Only advice is you may want to bring some chairs for living room. Not a lot of sitting space but was still doable and fun."

"We had such a great stay. My daughter and I came from Michigan to visit family. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. The lake views are gorgeous and the house is in a great location out of town but close to stores and restaurants. The host made check in and out so easy and I appreciated the texts checking in to see if we needed anything. We come down every summer and we plan to book this house next year too. Highly recommend."

"Very friendly and accommodating, I was able to check in early after driving up from Florida. I was asked at check in if I needed anything, and was told the breakfast hours and other general information. Breakfast this morning, the coffee was good, and hot, nice variety of sweeteners and creamer. Make your own waffles, fresh, hot oatmeal, assorted breads and bagels, mini scones, fresh fruit, yogurt....buffet trays were omelet, potatoes and sausage patties. Assorted cereals and juice, too! Something for everyone. My room was clean, the air worked great, and all toiletries are in the bathroom including lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Refrigerator and microwave, too. Definitely no issues with my stay"
