"Nice rooms but hotel really lacked atmosphere and was opposite a building site. Poorly labelled entrance and hotel only first few floors..rest of the building was unfinished apartments above. On the plus side close to metro and beds comfortable and clean...but hotel food and accommodation overpriced and a disappointment overall. A lot of graffiti on walls close to hotel and river."

"This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel. Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. Attached to large shopping center with many food outlets. Airport bus stops right infront of hotel. Only caution. No regularly manned chech in desk, and elevators don't need a pass key, so anyone off the street can go...
