"Excellent location in heart of Vienna but expensive because of that. Small room, very old carpet, noisy air conditioning unit that did not work well, broken hairdryer, few amenities. Did not try the restaurant. But linens and room were clean and front desk staff kind, knowledgeable and able to answer questions."

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Leo Grand. Perfect location in Innere Stadt close to everything. The decor was beautiful in a unique and quirky way. We were personally shown to our room and amenities explained. Really enjoyed the complimentary wine and beverages in the lobby although it could use more snacks. Loved that minibar was included."

"Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...? The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off"."

"The hotel is recently remodeled so the rooms are very nice - ours was a little small for two people. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel is quiet and has many restaurants. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the historic center. "
