"Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer praktisch und komfortabel und Lage gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs ideal. Ich hatte zunächst bedenken direkt am Bahnhof zu buchen da ich von Hamburg kommend nur negatives mit dem Hauptbahnhof verbinde. Ich kann alle Reisenden beruhigen, Wien ist hier ganz anders. Super sauber, sicher und mit viel netten Restaurants "

"I asked for walk in shower and they gave me only a bath. I messaged them multiple times to book me airport transfer. They took 4 days to reply and then it was too late. Flies in my bathroom. Breakfast staff abrupt and rude. Won’t stay here again"

"Beautiful, newer hotel, central to everything Vienna has to offer. It is so central, we walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring and seeing the sites on foot. We chose to have breakfast daily in the hotel, and it was lovely. We did not have time to try the restaurant for dinner, but it looked fabulous. Nice bar in the lobby area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and all areas of the hotel felt welcoming and like home - not a cold hotel feel at all. The light show in the courtyard outside the hotel is a bonus, and will be a memorable part of our trip. Note that the entrance to the hotel is inside the buildings courtyard, not out on the street. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will be back again in the future!"

"Hotel Stefanie is elegant, quiet and nicely appointed. It’s in a central location, close to restaurants and a tram stop. The water was always hot and the bed comfortable. However, I was less than impressed by the amenities offered. Instant Nescafé coffee is subpar, in these days of quality hotel coffee makers. "
