Ella went out of her way to assist me—she walked with me to the food pickup spot, used her own phone, and helped retrieve a delivery ordered by my daughter, who was staying at Tsinghua University. On another occasion, when my daughter’s WeChat account ran out of funds, Harry Sun helped us withdraw cash from the hotel ATM and reload the account. He also arranged our trip to the Great Wall of China, booking a car and giving us great tips—like leaving early to avoid traffic and returning by early afternoon.
