"The room was clean and had a nice bathtub and nice coffee machine. I didn’t use breakfast or transportation services as they were quite overpriced. But the metro station was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it was easy to move around. And the river walk was about 15-20 minute walk. Yu Garden was a walkable distance as well. "

"This is a hostel for students and young people. Staff are also very young and have no clue. They didnt have the room I booked, and gave me a tiny “room” with zero floor space, my original room “had people in it” asked for a refund immediately. "

"Loved our stay at the Shangri-La Pudong. Easy to get to from the airport. Lots of shopping and train choices. Friendly staff and service always excellent. Stayed in a Club Room this time and loved the staff and the amenities. Special thanks to AnnaLisa in the Club Lounge for exceptional service! Also managed to get to the spa/pool area and was v impressed. Would love to return!"
