"The most amazing thing about this hotel is the view. It’s absolutely stunning. I booked a standard river view but got upgraded to an executive suite, it really was a special one. It’s right next to the Pujiang River, unlike most other river front hotels that have a main road between them, this one is literally at the river side walking path and the river cruise dock. This is unique and unbeatable. Walking distance to Yu Garden (around 15 mins) and the view from your window is really amazing. The service was a bit hit and miss. No bell boy when we arrived (8pm) and I had to take the luggage trolley myself to the taxi, loaded my luggage and pull it to the lobby. But they had no problem when I asked for a later check out, so that was good. Amenities in the room needed a bit TLC to meet the five stars standard. Overall it was a present stay. "
