"The room was clean and had a nice bathtub and nice coffee machine. I didn’t use breakfast or transportation services as they were quite overpriced. But the metro station was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it was easy to move around. And the river walk was about 15-20 minute walk. Yu Garden was a walkable distance as well. "

"The hotel is walkable to the Yuyuan garden and the Bund. It has a rooftop bar which has an amazing view of the Shanghai skyline. Among all the staff, Ms Lulu has stood out the most. She was helpful and accommodating to our inquiries and concerns. Staff like her can really make a difference in a guest stay experience. "
