The front end staff including Adam , Simon, Gareth and Noel made excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions while in Dublin . Our luggage was delayed a day from the airport but the staff called as soon as it arrived at the hotel. We felt they cared and we appreciated it. "

"great check in/check out experience! clean and spacious room, amenities were perfect. Location to city centre and airport ideal. I also loved the free shuttle to/from airport - very convenient and drivers were great. Also appreciated the coffee/snack bar in the lobby - also very convenient! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work! i will be back if the opportunity arises."
