"I wish that I could give the staff more than 5 stars for such excellent customer service. This hotel is a hidden gem in the lovely city of Bruges. Every little touch made our stay special. The room was very clean and contained everything we needed and the price was very reasonable. Should we ever return to Bruges, we would definitely stay here again."

"Overall a nice hotel. Very well situated within easy walking distance of everything and good transport links. Nice Starbucks stand addition in reception. Soundproofing between rooms however is not great so bring earplugs. Would recommend for location alone."

"We booked a last minute city break with the family. Travelling with 12 & 14 year old. We arrived quite last and the reception was still open and the guy was very friendly and got us checked in and to the room in a speedy manner. The room was a suite and very spacious with a bedroom on the first floor and a large room on the ground. Very modern and clean. Both rooms had en-suite. The bar was excellent to sit at before heading out in the evening. Very well positioned hotel to explore Bruges. Parking in the adjacent underground car park very easy. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel."

"This modern hotel is on the edge of the town close to the train station. It’s a decent walk into town but it’s only about 20 minutes. The hotel is modern and efficient and service and staff were excellent"

"La localización excepcional, el personal muy atento lleno de detalles al recibirnos, unos chocolates deliciosos en la habitación con una botella de vino, pastillas en la recepción, lo único fue la alfombra en la habitación que estaba con polvo y que la habitación era extremadamente pequeña, casi no se podía caminar por sus lados. Tenía un balcón hermoso con vista al patio que invitaba a pasar más tiempo."

"The location was good near the city centre could explore the square easily. Visited in night, the lounge was small but there is coffee machine and also with Novotel nearby there is bar to sit. Room was clean and staff friendly checkout and checkin with the terminal was quick"

"Quel magnifique séjour dans ce logement ! Nous , nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison et même mieux grâce au sauna et au lit immense et très confortable. L'accueil de Cristophe a été très chaleureux avec tout plein de conseils.Les pièces sont spacieuses et même si nous n'en avons pas profité à cause de la météo, il y a un petit jardin bien clos.Le quartier est très calme avec un petit supermarché proche. Un excellent endroit où résider pour visiter Bruges et ses environs. Nous recommandons totalement !"
