We contacted the hotel prior to our visit about my daughter using a Wheelchair and they kindly upgraded us to a more suitable room. They were very helpful on the front desk, booking our taxis and a tour to the DMZ. A great stay and I can highly recommend."

"Decent room, underfloor heating, nice shower in a wet room, fridge which they give bottles of water every day, secure and safe rooms & hotel staff and location is safe too. Suyu subway station is right next door to the hotel, the airport limousine drops you off right outside the hotel (1 minute walk maybe), theres a McDonalds, KFC, 7/11, Paris. Baguette, Subway and many other food places within a very close proximity. Would definitely stay again"
