"Great value for money and overall facilities at the property and in the apartment were good. The furniture was not very comfortable which was very much felt by the end of a 6 night stay. The air conditioning was not effective enough making the temperatures uncomfortable during the height of summer and impacting sleep quality. The apartment was clean enough and well equipped. "A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. The atmosphere around the pool area was chilled and relaxed which was definitely what we wanted. "

From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day. "

"Loved my stay at Downtown Park, very quiet, chilled out, and relaxed. Approx 20 min walk down to the waterfront, which was fine for me, and some quirky little bars very close by, along with Kings Mall right next door. Will definitely be back in Paphos, and would go back to Downtown Park anytime."
