"It was a great stay. Nice, clean, quiet property. Great shower as well. I ended up leaving in a hurry and forgot my jacket. The staff has been so kind and courteous. Mrs Lesia and Alexus have gone above and beyond to assist me with getting it back and walking me through the entire process. I will definitely stay here again. You can never put a price on excellent customer service. Five star all the way!"

"I love love love this hotel!!! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t like the view in our first room so they moved up to a different room and i was so thankful they were willing to move me. Everything was clean, the pool was nice and the extras they have here are great. I will be staying here again!!"

"Stayed for 6 nights in May 2025. Spacious and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping sent me messages when they couldn't clean the room when I had the do not disturb on to arrange an alternate time for cleaning as well. One suggestion would be to have brighter lighting in the bathrooms and also better sign posting to come to the upper level check in desk at the South Tower, especially when you get dropped off at the North Tower carpark late in the night 😊"

"The property was clean and centrally located just north of downtown/midtown. We had plans all over the city and my son lives close by and could walk over to the property. Service was awesome and everything was a breeze!"
