"We loved the Rustic Lodge! The property is well kept and the view is amazing. The hot tub was super clean and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the gas fireplace made for a cozy environment. Communication was excellent from start to finish and Eric made sure that everything was as it should be. We look forward to staying at a Knutson Property Rental on our next getaway:)"

"We stayed at this beautiful property for our annual Girls Weekend (8 HS friends) The property and views were gorgeous. The home was large enough for us to gather for meals and games, and yet have space to ourselves. We loved spending time on the deck watching the birds, eagles and turkeys. Tge hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after shopping at Cranfest and Lansing IA. Unfortunately due to lack of rain, there was a burning ban on so we couldn’t use the fire pit. "Beautiful setting right on the Upper Iowa River. Very private. Very clean. This was a girl's trip (5 of us) and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We are already talking about coming back. The only issue we had was no railing on the steps going into the house (even though it was only a few steps) and railing only on one side of the steps going to the basement. We had a couple people with mobility issues and had to be very careful. We strongly suggest getting railings in those 2 places. One...
