This B&B was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, we stayed in the Nelson. Pillows and bed were very good. Cute little pub next door was a nice touch.

Very quiet location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast choices are excellent.

Such a perfect peaceful room and so nice waking up to the birds singing.

Wonderful staff! Friendly and extremely helpful. The food at dinner was wonderful. I would encourage those staying here to eat here as well. The breakfast was extraordinary. Very nice stay. This was my daughters favorite stay the whole trip! And air conditioning!!!!

It is unique in the sense that it is out in the country on a country road at least 1,000’ from a major highway.....nice and peaceful. The traffic in roads to/from Cambridge

We enoyed the doubly “smart” room — both the clean, modern decor and the motion-activated automatic lights for the main stairs (though they take time to come on) and the bathroom (shut the bathroom door when not in use so you don’t trigger those lights when you walk around in your room). Also appreciated the towel warming rack, and the frosted bathroom windows. The room was very comfortable and quiet, as Grimston is a tiny village in a rural area. Very quaint village hotel, dating from the 1600s. Updated nicely, but stairs are very steep. I loved my top floor room with dormer windows. Updated En-suite bath! Lovely original beam ceiling.

the free eggs benedict was the best ive ever had, hotel was beautuful and so much charactor, wonderful staff, clean roon, and even offered Netflix!

Just had a single night here but the bed and room were very comfortable. Slept like a baby haha

Absolutely fabulous, wonderful people and accommodation. If you are looking for a romantic getaway in beautiful surroundings this is the place! So near to Ely too for great restaurants and shopping

I have stayed before, both times in room 4. It's perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The quirk of this room is that it has a private bath, but it's across they hall, and keyed as the room is. I don't mind--I like quirks. Some might. The breakfast is lovely. Buffet style, though the server brings along tea or coffee, whatever you wish. It's also in a lovely location, right along the river. A view of the narrowboats. :D New since my last stay: AC!
