"First night I was there room bathroom was way too small room 2411 , helpful staff did change my room but I had it done the next day , bed never got remade dispute leaving the card on the bed as instructed on card when entered room , other than that great hotel friendly staff and the taxi service at the end of the stay with checked in bags was amazing!"
"If you want to stay in midtown, you can’t beat the location — a 2 minute walk from Penn Station. Times Square, theaters, Hudson Yards and the High Line are all walkable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the desk people to housekeeping. The room was clean and everything was working. I would happily stay there again."
"The hotel was nice and was well located. It was away from all the noise of Times Square.
The housekeeping was mixed. One day we had no washcloths, one day 2, two days 1. The bathroom floor mat was there some days and not on others. The handle on the toilet fell off.
The hotel did not meet our expectations."
