"Cute little hotel. Perfect location. Very close to Biltmore and reasonably priced. Huge rooms. Very clean. Honestly very surprised on the size of the homeless population in Asheville. Does not reflect the hotel by any means but just something we noticed. "

"Can't say enough about ALL the staff! Seriously, all of them. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate and happily doing it. Suite was appointed beautifully and exceeded our needs. Reverse Osmosis water and ice available on every floor. Complimentary cold, bottled water, morning coffee & tea, afternoon refreshments, WSJ. A lot of little touches that add up to make a big difference, but again, the staff was amazing! "

"Loved the hotel vibe, and rooftop pool area was so nice! My only issue was the complexity of the elevators, and everyone we saw had the same problem! It became a standing joke. But I would definitely come back here!!! Loved the rooftop patio and restaurant, Wildwood. Staff was wonderful, too! Perfect location and an easy walk to everything. Thanks for a great stay 😉"

"This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding. Each of the employees that we came in contact with, be it the host, servers, valet, reception or cleaners, were exceptionally friendly and solicitous. We will definitely stay there again."
