It was super clean, spacious for 1-2 (if you know, that's hard to find in NYC), easy to get to and from, and the host was incredibly gracious and connected! I will be back again, and have already sent this listing to friends in the area and those that travel to NYC!"

"My daughter and I came into town for a couple of Yankees games. Saturday we went into Rimes Square. My husband (her father) died in February 2024 and we needed a couple of days away from home just to recharge. Our hotel provided a home feeling in a hotel room. Thank you so much!!!"

"Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...
