"Very great staff. John was super nice and helpful. The water pressure fore the shower was amazing and nice hot water. The only complaint I had was the pool area wasn’t the cleanest. There was algae and hair in the pool. The covers for the intakes were loose. Also there was a group of kids in the pool unsupervised. It was like a ball team or something let loose down at the pool area. They were jumping from the first pool to the 3/4 foot pool … it was not safe as my kids were playing in the lower pool. They also climbed up on the waterfall and jumped into the 9 foot pool. Kids were going over the wall from hot tub to pool and back and forth etc… "

"Not at all, the breakfast menu was horrible, No hot food, no bacon ham eggs no juices. any fruits Coffee broiled many hours ago, can’t drink I never seen hotel breakfast menu like this. "

"Very clean, girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. It’s a no frills kind of place but it’s clean and affordable compared to the other places in the area. We enjoyed our stay and parking is so convenient!!! There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance which was a big plus as well. "

"The highlight was that were was a ton of bear activity, even in late March as this hotel backs up to the national park. The bed was comfortable. Nighttime staff was not much help, and they seemed understaffed (couldn't get a towel for the pool area. The hotel grounds were nice. Would consider staying again."
