Only complaint was that there was a full pack of beef jerky left from previous stayers that was overlooked by cleaning staff. We didn’t complain because the rest of the room was very clean and neat. An oversight is acceptable. Clean bathroom and bedding is more important. Overall, excellent stay for a Reds game! "

"The Hilton Netherland is a classic building in downtown Cincinnati. This hotel used to be the train station and the architecture is very interesting. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be re-done, they have tall sided tubs you have to step over to get into, the bathroom is very small and hard to turn around in. The Front Desk service was excellent, most of the servers were excellent and friendly. Room service was not available when I tried calling. "
