"We were in town from Windsor, Ontario, Canada to see the Browns play and the place was in the perfect location. We lucked out with getting one of the limited parking spaces in the parking garage and didn’t need to use the car until we checked out. The host, Ravi, was easy to get a hold of and very nice to deal with. If we visit Cleveland again, we will definitely consider this place. Highly recommended. "

"Absolutely the worst stay imaginable!!! Do NOT book this place! This listing is a complete scam. I had to drag my luggage up to the third floor through disgustingly filthy, dark, and unsafe hallways with a horrible smell everywhere. The place is beyond dirty, unsafe, and nothing like what is advertised. They claim there’s “parking on premises” that’s a lie. It’s actually an abandoned paid parking lot, filled with broken cars, tickets on windshields, and clearly unsafe conditions. The...
