"Everything was perfect. Seamless check in. Tiger at the front desk upgraded room and valet was waived since it was my friend's birthday. Excellent customer service from Tiger. Room was clean to a T, great views, big windows, bed and pillows were very soft, bathroom was perfect and clean, there is a mini refrigerator, no microwave in room (but they have one on the 5th floor by ice and soda machine)."

"Had troubles with oniline purchasing, which i accidentally bought two hotel nights for saturday instead of sat and sun. They refunded the second Saturday hotel, which refund was still pending. But everyone at front desk assisted, plus manager worked something out so i can stay sunday night. Instead of just throwing me outside on streets. "

"Amazing stay for our overnight stop over in Dallas. A few standouts: - The front desk was so friendly and helpful. We had an early start and there was coffee out before the coffee shop was open. Amazing. - We had our dogs with us and the staff helped us understand the best place to walk them, which elevators to use, etc. - Now for the star of the show… valet. I forgot to leave my key in my car (stupid, I know). I didn’t discover it until the morning. They somehow figured out how to park it without it. There is probably some commentary here on how easy my car must be to steal… but they were so kind about my mistake. I really appreciate their help with everything! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Dallas. The rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean, with incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. The pool area was a definite highlight — perfect for cooling off and enjoying some downtime. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas!"
