"This property was amazing, from the staff assistance at check in until we departed. In previous review's some people spoke of the distance between the 2 towers like there was a huge highway between them lol, this is not the case. The markets are also at your doorstep. Will definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and quiet. Lovely nightly Sake tasting and snacks. The staff were phenomenal in helping me with a Medical emergency with my mother. They helped me navigate getting an ambulance and helped with translation and communication. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. "
