"We stayed there for 3 days on day one we got stuck on the elevator for a good 10 minutes. We then told the staff and they said “oh yea that one doesn’t work” 😑 but there were no signs on it or anything, they didn’t put one after we told them either. Also when checking in the staff was very rude didn’t really care for any questions we had. In my opinion it’s an overly absurd amount of extra charges that they do when you get there that you are no aware of. Disappointing "

"I was impressed how fast I was able to get checked in. Also my age and going solo this was the time any hotel /casino put me on the 1st floor which made my stay wonderful."
